I would like to share few tips and suggestions. curry leaves,mint leaves, coriander leaves use as fresh leaves. use small onion [ chinna vengayam] for healthy and tasty. saute the onion well with oil till raw smell goes out. Then add dry red chillies for taste and colourful and fried to it. Add tamarind for sour taste. add some fresh grated coconut. All these made us good aroma and tempting to eat.

Ingredients for mixed greeny leaves chutney:
  • 2 tsp of oil 
  • 2 tsp of urad dal
  • 2 tsp of gram dal 
  • 30 springs or ½ cup of curry leaves
  • 10springs or1/4 cup of coriander leaves
  • ¼ cup of mint leaves
  • 20 small onion 
  • 4 dry red chillies
  • 1/2 tsp of tamarind
  • 4tablespoons of fresh grated coconut  
  • salt as per required.

seasoning or tempering for onion chutney:
  • 2tsp of gingelly oil
  • 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp of urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp of gram dal
  • 1 springs of curry leaves

preparations:
  1. First wash curry leaves, mint leaves and coriander leaves well and drain all into colander.
  2. peel off the small onion approximately 20 to 25 pieces.
  3. Take dry red chillies 3 to 4 if need add as per taste. 
  4.  then take 1 tablespoons of tamarind for sour taste.
  5. fresh grated coconut  3 to 4 tablespoons.

Instruction for onion chutney:
1. heat a pan add 2 tsp of oil gets heated then add 2tsp of urad dal and 2 tsp of gram dal untill gets golden.




2. add small onion fried golden and till raw smell goes out.




3. add 3 to 4 dry red chilllies fry till colour gets changed.




4. add curry leaves,mint leaves and coriander leaves mix well. saute gets till fried.






 5. add some fresh grated coocnut saute well.

 


6. add tamarind to it.




7. add salt as per required.




8. all the mixture to be sauted turn off the flame and cool down completely.



9. transfer to the blender and grind them fine paste add some water for blending.




10. add seasoning or tempering to the mixed greeny leaves chutney and mix well.



 11. now tasty mixed greeny leaves chutney gets ready.
