Ingredients for egg gravy or egg
kulambu:
- 2 tsp of oil
- 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds
- 1 tsp of urad dal
- 1 tsp of gram dal
- 1springs of curry leaves
- 2 large onion cut into sliced pieces
- 8 boiled egg
- 1tsp of turmeric powder
- 1tsp of coriander powder
- 2 raw egg note: which is used final stages like scrambled egg for tatsy.
- salt as per required
- Water as per required.
For grinding gravy paste :
- ½ cup of grated coconut
- 4 large size tomato
- 1/4tsp of cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp of fennel seeds
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 clove
- 10 piece of garlic
- 4 dry red chillies
preparations:
- First grated the ½ cup of grated coconut.
- peel off the large onion into medium sliced pieces.
- Take dry red chillies 3 to 4 if need add as per taste.
- Then cut the tomato chopped .
- Peel off the 10 piece of garlic.
- Boil the egg separately for 15mins to 20mins in a pan or cooker and take it aside.
For gravy paste:
1. grind the large sized coconut into finely grated.
2. add 4tomato
3. 1cinnamon and 1 cloves to be added.
4. 10 piece of garlic add to it.
5. add 4 red chillies
6. 1/4 tsp of fennel seeds and cumin seeds to be added
7. add some water for grind as fine paste.
