Ingredients for egg gravy or egg kulambu:
  • 2 tsp of oil 
  • 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp of urad dal
  • 1 tsp of gram dal 
  • 1springs of curry leaves
  • 2 large onion cut into sliced pieces
  • 8 boiled egg
  • 1tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1tsp of coriander powder
  • 2 raw egg note: which is used final stages like scrambled egg for tatsy.
  • salt as per required
  • Water as per required.




For grinding gravy paste :
  • ½ cup of grated coconut
  • 4 large size tomato
  • 1/4tsp of cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp of fennel seeds
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 1 clove
  • 10 piece of garlic
  • 4 dry red chillies

preparations:
  1. First grated the ½ cup of grated coconut.
  2. peel off the large onion into medium sliced pieces.
  3. Take dry red chillies 3 to 4 if need add as per taste. 
  4. Then cut the tomato chopped .
  5. Peel off the 10 piece of garlic.
  6. Boil the egg separately for 15mins to 20mins in a pan or cooker and take it aside.
 For gravy paste:
1. grind the large sized coconut  into finely grated.


2. add 4tomato 
3. 1cinnamon and 1 cloves to be added.
4. 10 piece of garlic add to it.
5. add 4 red chillies 
6. 1/4  tsp of  fennel seeds and cumin seeds to be added
7. add some water for grind as fine paste.



 Instructions:

1. take a kadai heat it pour 2tsp of oil add mustard 1/4 tsp, 1 tsp of urad dal, 1 tsp of gram dal 

 

 

2. then add curry leaves

 

3. add sliced large onion fry till gets sauted and golden colour.

 

4. add 2 dry red chillies  and mix well.

5. add salt as per required.


6. boiled egg to be added and mix well.

 

7. add gravy paste to it.

 

8. add water for gravy consistency as required.

 

9. add 1tsp of tumeric powder.

 

10. add 1 tsp of coriander powder.

 

11. boil the gravy till gets thick consistency.


 

12.  2 raw egg to be added mix gently as scrambled egg for tasty. note : final satge need to be added [ before 2mins] and turn off the flame.


13. boil for 5mins untill gets thick consistency as per needed.

 

14. now tasty spicy egg kulambu or muttai kulambu is ready to serve with steamed rice, dosa and ldli.
