south indian style tomato pachadi gives very tasty and simple recipe. simple ingredients such as tomato, onion, dry red chillies, salt with a tempering of mustard seed, urad dal, gram gal and gingelly oil. easy to prepare and perfect combination with steamed rice.

Ingredients
for tomato pachadi:
- 4 tsp of oil
- 2 large onion
- 4 dry red chillies
- 1 tsp of tumeric powder
- salt as per required
- 8 medium sized tomato chopped.
seasoning
or tempering for onion chutney:
- 2tsp of gingelly oil
- 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp of urad dal
- 1/2 tsp of gram dal
- 1springs of curry leaves
- First wash large onion well and chopped into small pieces.
- Take dry red chillies 3 to 4 if need add as per taste.
- then chopped 8medium sized tomato into small pieces.
1. Add 4tsp of oil untill gets hot. after add 1tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of gram dal, 1tsp of urad dal.
3. fry onion till gets saute and add chopped tomato into it.
4. add salt as per required.
5. add 1 tsp of tumeric powder into it. mix well and after 3minutes turn off the flame.
6.once tomato gets saute well then with masher,mashed the tomato well till gets juicy.
7. now tomato pachadi gets ready. serve hot with steamed rice.
