Porivilangi urundai sweetend ladoo traditional sweet
from southern part of india.Use of simple ingredients such as raw rice, jaggery, moong
dal as our taste . usually made for long trips where food wont get spoiled soon
ans also has long shelf life. Really healthy recipes for everyone while
festival time like Diwali, new year . simple recipe but tasty ladoo everyone
must try it once.

Ingredients
Raw rice [ pacharisi] – ½ kg
Idli rice [ pulagalarisi] – ½ kg
Pasiparuppu [ green gram] – ¼ kg
Jaggery – ½ kg
Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
Roasted Gram | Bengal gram
– 100 gm
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoons fried ellu
Instructions
Heat a pan add pacharisi raw rice, pulgalarisi rice and
pasiparuppu [ green gram] fried separately till
light golden brown color under medium flame.
Then add it into blender or food processor and ground them
into powder. Make sure soft it to remove any big particles.
Heat jaggery with ½ cup water and melt completely then
strain for impurities.
Boil the stained jaggery water until it becomes soft ball stage.
Mix flour with powdered cardamom and Bengal gram set aside.
Then add jaggery syrup with flour mix well.
to make balls immediately though it is warm. Note: if you
wait it will become hard and not able to make the ball.
