Ingredients
for paruppu thuvaiyal:
- ½ cup of toor dal
- 3tsp of oil
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 5 dry red chillies
- 1/2 tsp of tamarind
- salt as per required.
preparations:
- First take ½ cup of toor dal check and clean kept aside.
- Take dry red chillies 5 piece if need add as per taste. then take 1 tablespoons of tamarind for sour taste.
- Peel of garlic at the amount of 7 cloves. Add required amount of salt.
Instruction
for paruppu thuvaiyal:
1. heat a pan pour 3tsp of oil and add garlic fry it.
2. add 1/2 cup of toor dal fry till gets golden colour.
3. add red chillies and tamarind mix well.
4. add required amount of salt.
5. once all gets saute turn off the flame and keep it cool down.
6. Transfer all the mixture to the blender or mixer and add some water for smoothy paste.
7. Transfer to serving bowl and now paruppu thuvaiyal is ready.
