Ingredients 


 


  • Boiled egg – 10 piece
  • Large chopped onion – 1
  • Tomato small -1
  • Capasicum -1
  • red chilli - 1
  • ¼ teaspoons of mustard seeds
  • ½ teaspoons of urad dhal
  • ½ teaspoons of gram dhal
  • 2springs of curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves 1springs
  • Salt as per required
  • Turmeric powder -  ¼ tsp
  • Chilli powder – ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder -1 tsp


Instructions

1. Heat a pan put 2tsp of oil and add mustard seeds, urad dhal, gram dhal

  2. once mustard gets splutter add onion and red chillli,curry leaves and coranider leaves.

 3. once gets roasted add capsicum its optional  and add tomato to get mashed.

 4. after add chilli powder, tumeric powder, pepper powder, salt  as per required.

 5. Once raw smell goes out add boiled egg mixed well for 5mins with medium flame. 

 6. Once gets sautéd well turn off  the flame serve with biryani,pulao, curd rice.
