ONION RAITA | HOW TO MAKE YOGURT RAITA | VENGAYA THAYIR PACHADI

            Onion raita is an easy to make north indian side dish recipe. Onion raita recipe is a simple side dish and yet very essential combination made with briyani. Basic need  onion  raita made with curd and onions into it. Different variety of raita available.  I would be glad update with raita varieties and many more recipes. It can be prepared easily within few mins. Best combination for yogurt raita to chappathi, pulao, vegetable biryani, mutton or chicken biryani, parathas recipe.


Prep time 10mins

Cook time 5mins

Total 15mins

Ingredients: [ serve for 4people]

1 cup of yogurt or curd

1 large sized onion finely chopped

Salt as per required.
3springs of corainder leaves.

Instructions

1. Take a one large onion cut into finely chopped. Wash well with water for 2 times. 

2.  Add yogurt or curd 1cup mix well as smooth into it .

 3. Add required salt mix well 





 4. add some coranider and mint leaves for flavour its optional.

5. Now tasty onion raita gets ready.
