GODHUMAI ADAI, WHEAT FLOUR ADAI RECIPE


Godhumai adai or wheat flour adai is south indian cuisine. It made for breakfast or dinner to made easily and tempting for mouth. With simple ingredients  like wheat flour, onion, coriander leaves and salt. Everyone can easily made this adai easily and feel fulfilled. Wheat flour source of several vitamins and minerals and it also has more iron, calcium, proteins.

Ingredients for onion chutney:
  • 1cup of wheat flour
  • 2 large onion 
  • 3springs of coriander leaves
  • 2 springs of curry leaves
  • salt as per required
  • water as per required for dough making
  • 1 green chillies.

preparations:
  1. First wash large onion well and chopped into small pieces.
  2. Take green chillies and chopped for spicy as per need.
  3. Take  coriander leaves and curry leaves as chopped.
  4. Water to be added as per need for wheat flour dough making.

Instructions:


Take a bowl add 1 cup of wheat flour 


Add salt as per required.


Add 2 large onion as chopped into small pieces



Add 2springs each chopped coriander and curry leaves 


Add 1 green chillies chopped.


Add water as thick batter for dough 




 Take a dosa tawa preheat and apply a adai batter and pour 1 tsp of oil over into it.


 
Flip over both sides and adai takes time for ready. serve wheat flour adai hot with onion chutney.
