Chicken pepper fry is a indian style which makes everyone
tempting to eat. Country chicken pepper fry to be with simple ingredients and
mild spicy like pepper,salt, turmeric powder.
Country chicken is rich in protein and vitamin b12 and healthy to body.
Pepper naturally gives relief from cold and cough. Based on our needs either as
gravy consistency or dry like a fry. Main sidedish for this country chicken
pepper fry as dosa, idli and roti. here with detailed step by step pictures.
Ingredients:
boil chicken in a pan:
5 teaspoons of oil
2 redchilli
¼ fennel seeds
3 Cinnamon
3 cloves
nattu kozhi - 1kg
tumeric powder - 2 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 3tsp
prepare country chicken pepper fry or nattu kozhi fry:
4tsp of oil
1 tsp of mustard seeds
1/2 tsp of urad dal
1/2 tsp of gram dal
2 large finely chopped onion
2 small size chopped tomato
salt as per required
pepper - 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
pre-prepare:
1. add 5tsp of oil and add fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon, dry red chilli.
2. add nattu kozhi mix well in it.
3. Add salt to it.
4. Add ginger garlic paste to it.
5.Once the water comes from the country chicken let it dry until
gets cooked completely.
6. Close the lid and leave whistle for 4 to 5 and kept it cool
aside.
For preparation of pepper fry:
1. After take a kadai add 4tsp of oil add 1 tsp of mustard seeds,
½ tsp of urad dal, ½ tsp of gram dal and 2 springs of curry leaves.
2. Add 2large finely chopped onion fry well in it.
3. Add 2small tomato finely chopped mix well in it.
4. Once saute well add boiled nattu kozhil to the mixture and
mix well.
5. Add pepper at the amount of 2tablespoons if need more spicy
add according to your taste.
6. Add salt as per required and water at the amount of 500ml.
7. Let the water gets dry completely turn off the flame and
serve hot with roti, rice, idli or dosa.
NOTE: If need as gravy consistency for roti cook for just 5min and
turn off the flame and serve it.
8. now nattu kozhi or country chicken gets ready.
